About the Burrard Street cameras

Burrard Street is one of the main ways in and out of downtown Vancouver. Traffic backs up at Canada Place on cruise ship days (most sailings are between May and October) and during big events at the Convention Centre, and again at the Burrard Bridge at rush hour. The Burrard St and Canada Place camera looks along the waterfront and the cruise terminal driveway; the Thurlow St and Canada Place camera is right next door.
